Sept 14 - 30	24 / 7	Fund drive for the October National Breast Cancer Awareness Month www.nbcam.org and Susan G. Komen organization www.komen.org. You can make a difference in someone's life just by washing your car within this time period. Spiffy will donate 20% of the sales towards these two non-profit organizations. Please take time to visit the websites and educate yourself about breast cancer. Find out what you can do to prevent the disease not only for others, but for yourself as well.
Oct 1-31	24/7 All Month	Spiffy Clean Car Wash 4TH Annual Fund Drive for the Humane Society of Catawba County www.catawbahumane.org, $1 from each car wash during the month of Oct will be donated to HSCC. Check out the available dogs and cats on their website. Also, HSCC is in great need of donations of their Wish List for Everday Needs. This is posted on their website as well. Please help as much as possible. This organization relies solely on donations. Humane Society of Catawba County(NO-Kill shelter)

SPIFFY NAMED TOP CAR WASH IN SOUTHEAST
Spiffy Clean Carwash of Newton, NC was named the 2009 Top Car Wash from the Southeastern Car Wash Association. The award was presented at the SECWA Fall Convention and Expo in Orlando, Florida on Sept 25, 2007 at the Peabody Orlando Hotel.
Spiffy Clean was judged on the following criteria:
APPEARANCE, CLEANLINESS, QUALITY OF OPERATION, EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, GOOD STANDING IN THE COMMUNITY

N.C. Division Of Pollution Prevention and Environmental Assistance: Use a commercial carwash that recycles water. Commercial carwashes significantly reduce the amount of water required to clean each vehicle (between 8 and 32 gallons per vehicle according to the International Carwash Association). Santa at Spiffy
That's right.......Ole St Nick visited Spiffy on Christmas Eve 2012 before he took off in flight for his deliveries to all the good boys and girls. Santa and his helpers had a great time giving out candy canes and waving to all the good folks in the area. Santa plans to be at Spiffy again on Christmas Eve 2013 so be on the lookout.

The SPIFFY CLEAN CAR WASH completed its fourth annual fund drive for the Humane Society of Catawba County for the month of October. David and Kathy Hoover, owners of Spiffy Clean, were very proud to present a check to HSCC to go towards the needs of the facility. The Humane Society of Catawba County is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the general welfare of animals and operates solely on donations. HSCC IS A NO-KILL SHELTER. Many thanks to the staff and volunteers who help everyday with the needs of the animals at the shelter.
