We appreciate for your desire to learn more about Spiffy Clean Car Wash TDE, LLC. We are a young company that officially opened in May of 2005 which is locally owned and operated by David and Kathy Hoover. Spiffy Clean Car Wash is a touch free automatic car wash using only ArmorAll© and Turtlewax© quality products. Self Service vacuum islands are available at the site also. We offer a clean, well lighted and safe facility open 24/7 to the public. Spiffy Clean is under surveillance 24 hours every day.

We have been residents of the Startown area close to a decade and residents of Catawba County for life. We plan to stay in this community and hopefully, expand Spiffy in the future. We are a family owned business and we plan to stay that way.

When we started Spiffy, we didn’t want to become another car wash business, we wanted to make a difference in the community.
 
  • Spiffy Clean Car Wash is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, www.catawbachamber.org since 2005.
  • We started an annual October Fund Drive for the Humane Society, www.catawbahumane.org, donating $1 for every car wash sold in that month.
  • Car Wash door prizes donated to HSCC Celebrity Golf Classic and to local schools for various events.
  • The teachers and faculty at Startown Elementary School are honored every year for Teacher’s Appreciation Day with a complimentary car wash, other locations such as Newton Conover High School are recognized as well at this time.
  • We support the Athletic Boosters for Newton Conover High School and Maiden High School each year.
  • Make-a-Wish donations, www.wish.org
  • March of Dimes donations, www.marchofdimes.com
  • Starting September of 2007, a fund drive for the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (Oct) www.nbcam.org and the Susan G. Komen organization, www.komen.org will begin mid-month. This will become an annual event.
  • We offer car wash programs that benefits local non-profit organizations which helps the environment by discouraging wasteful and polluting parking lot washes. Spiffy uses only biodegradable chemicals and we properly dispose of our treated waste water. Click here for more information.

Spiffy Clean Car Wash will be the cleanest and most technologically advanced in bay automatic touch free wash facility available. We will always strive to meet our customer’s needs and provide them with quality equipment and services. Our car wash will be built to ensure our customers security.
